Ok, we do usually stick to real animals. But we’re sure that somewhere, out there, there really are white unicorns with rainbow manes and tails! Wouldn’t it be wonderful to find one someday?

Speaking of rainbow unicorns, here’s another great one! This one is a pool float and really is giant-sized for the grown-ups to use!
Pictured is actually the XXXL version; there’s also an XL which is good for an average pre-teen.
This giant measures 114in * 55in *47in – that’s 9 and a half feet by 4 ft 7 inch by 3 ft 11 inches. That’s HUGE and the only thing holding you back is being sure your pool is big enough.
According to the manufacturer, this can hold two adults, up to a total of 400 pounds.
The air ports are specially designed for faster inflation, and the task can be done with a hair dryer. Of course, the manufacturer also opens an air pump designed to inflate it.
Uninflated, this item weights 5.62 pounds. Some patches and a carry bag are included.
BigMouth Inc Giant Whale Shark Pool Float
Let’s move on from the mythical beasts to one that many people not realize is 100% real! Yes, whale sharks do exist and are found in tropical waters, where they are one of just three shark types that are filter feeders.
They aren’t really related to whales, but get that part of their name from their size and from being filter feeders like baleen whales.
So this float will give you a lot to talk about regarding these unusual creatures. And of course it’s great for a pool theme, too.
This float measures a little over six foot long when fully inflated. It can support up to about 200 pounds. It’s resistant to UV light and fading.
And if a whale shark isn’t your thing, there’s also a seahorse and a jellyfish as well as a number of non-animal designs!
Shark Fin Swim Toy
It was a long time ago – the summer of 1975 to be exact – that we became afraid of going in the water. Now, this fun shark fin will bring all the fear of Jaws back to your local pool or swimming hole!
This toy has two straps that fasten around a young child’s chest and waist, creating a shark-like dorsal fin on their back. As they swim across the pool, the full effect comes into view!
The fins are available in dark blue (pictured) as well as yellow, orange, green and pink.
The fin weighs just over half a pound, so it won’t be a huge burden for the child to swim with. It measures 10.24 inches by 6.3″ inches by 9.84 inches. The straps can adjust between 19.7 inches and 33 inches.
This isn’t a safety device, but it is pretty clever!
