Ducks come in many varieties and bring us some of the most exotic and vibrant colors in the animal kingdom. From wood ducks to mallards to canvasbacks, we’re familiar with their appearance if not their name.
Even one of the best-known children’s tales mentions a duck – although The Ugly Duckling is actually a swan, in case you forgot! And a favorite children’s book in a past generation was Ducks Don’t Get Wet.
Not getting wet is important for your tables, too. Since drinking glasses tend to drips with condensation, it’s important to have a great set of coaster to protect the surface. So ducks and coasters naturally go together, right? Ok, it’s a stretch. Don’t be too harsh on us!

The coasters measure 4.25″ inches across. They’re really absorbent, and are made of stone with a cork backing.
They come in a decorative box that’s acceptable for gift-giving.
“I Feel Ducky Today” Rubber Duck Coasters
There’s lots of different kinds of ducks, for sure. But we can’t neglect the more fanciful ones – so we have to pay tribute to the rubber ducky too!
You’ll feel ducky too, when these cute coasters brighten up your day.
These are made of recycled rubber and are absorbent. They measures 3.5″ square.
They can be hand-washed with a mild detergent.
Wooden Duck-shaped Coaster Holder
In this case, the coasters themselves don’t show ducks. It’s the coaster holder. This one is in the form of a duck. It comes with six 3.5″ coasters.
It appears that one side shows an elephant and the other a dolphin, which we admit is a bit unusual and unexplained.
The base material and coaster material is real wood.
This might be better as a decorative rather than a functional piece, however. The coasters are smaller than a typical glass or mug.
Mallard Duck Coasters
These beautifully-colored coasters even come with their own case! It’s also easy to get them in and out because there’s a slot on one side. No need to turn the whole thing over just to get the last one!
The case even has a lid, although it’s not pictured.
These are 3.9 inches in diameter, a great size for most glasses. They don’t seem to fade, either.
The purchase includes 6 coasters plus the case.
Wood Duck Ceramic Coaster
This beautiful coaster features a lovely wood duck swimming. It’s a wonderful image that is great for hot or cold drinks. It can even be used as a trivet for small items!
The coaster measures 4.25″ x 4.25″ square, and is 1/6-inch thick. It’s ceramic with felt pads underneath. We recommend hand washing because of those pads, although it’s listed as dishwasher safe.
The image is applied with a polyester resin.
This is a single coaster. It’s a great look when you like the classics!
