Penguin Figurines

From Chilly Willy to Happy Feet, we’ve always loved penguins! And they look fantastic in pictures and figurines. We confess we have more than a few between the house and the office.

With their amazing black-and-white feathers, these birds have an incredibly formal look. But at the same point, they are so cute – kind of like kids dressing up in tuxedos!

There’s so much to love about them, too. Sure, their appearance is great. But the way they huddle together to keep warm and how they hold their eggs on their feet to protect them are just endearing.

And since they’re so adorable, it’s great to have a little penguin to adorn your desk, end table, or shelves at home, too. So of course, we had to look for some awesome ones! What do you think of these penguins? Which is your favorite, and which are you buying today to decorate with?

LONGWIN Crystal Penguin Figurine

This beautiful piece is hand-crafted and made of K9 crystal.

Of course, once you see the price (sorry, you have to go to the Amazon page for that!), you’ll know this isn’t Tiffany or another high-end crystal. However, it does actually qualify as crystal. It’s not merely plastic! K9 is commonly used in chandeliers or other crystal pieces in nice homes. Maybe not the homes of the 1%, but nice homes, still. It’s definitely not what you get shopping for light fixtures in a big-box store.

The piece is handcrafted. It’s only about 2 3/4 inches tall and weighs just 3.5 ounches. It’s great for a knick-knack shelf or someplace it won’t get knocked over or forgotten about.

When it catches the light just right, it’s awesome!

This is a wonderful piece that brings a lot of class to the area. Make it part of your penguin collection today!

This little guy is great as a Christmas decoration – or any time of year! With his red earmuffs and scarf, he’s definitely prepared for the winter.

The piece is made of stone resin. It’s only 2.75 inches tall, and the level of detail is incredible. The marks of wind across its chest, the squares and tassles on the scarf, and the marvelous facial expression are unmatchable!

We love Jim Shore’s work, and we’re always glad to add his pieces to our collection. They’re always beautiful! This little guy doesn’t disappoint.

StealStreet Penguin Couple Figurine

Penguin courting and mating rituals have been popularized by movies such as March of the Penguins. And this figurine really captures the closeness of these flightless birds.

The majority of species of penguin are monogamous, so it’s easy to imagine these two staying together for a lifetime.

They have the coloring and markings of Emperor Penguins and standing on what looks like an ice floe! Great attention to detail.

These penguins measure 6 1/2 inches tall and weigh 1 3/4 pounds. They’re made of porcelain.

Hand Blown Glass Penguin Sculpture

This blown-glass penguin features unique color but it creates a wonderful, artistic appearance. The wings and top of the head are clear glass. Orange flecks dot its chest. It seems to be staring up as if looking to the sky.

The piece is 5 1/2 inches tall. It weighs a solid 1.2 pounds. The entire figurine is made of glass.

The colors are sharp and clear. It’s a wonderful piece for blown glass lovers as well as penguin lovers.

Handmade Penguin Glass Art

Ok, there is no species of penguin anywhere near these colors. But we love the artistic design. And with the overall shape, there’s no mistaking it for any other bird!

This is another blown glass piece. It measures just 2 1/4 inches high, making it a wonderful piece for a small shelf. Or it could go alongside larger pieces of naturally larger animals.

It weighs just 4/5 of an ounce. It won’t work well as a paperweight, but it definitely is an eye-catching wonder!

Wrapping It Up

Penguins are popular for their looks and for their habits. And a penguin figurine will look great wherever you place it! The figurines we’ve looked at here may be tiny but they really capture the spirit of this great bird.
